Every set is handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Delivery then takes about 7–15 business days depending on your destination. Orders over $50 ship free worldwide — see our shipping policy for details.

Each product page has a size guide with measurements for XS, S, M and L. Measure the width of your natural nail at its widest point and match it to the chart. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up — you can gently file the sides for a perfect fit.

Start with clean, dry nails. Gently push back your cuticles, buff the nail surface lightly, and wipe with the included alcohol pad. Apply adhesive tabs or a thin layer of nail glue, then press each tip firmly for 20–30 seconds. Avoid water for the first hour.

Yes! With gentle removal (soak in warm soapy water, never pry them off) and proper care, your set can be worn many times. Adhesive tabs allow the most reuses; glue gives the longest wear per application.

Because every set is handmade and customised to you, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for full details.
