Processing time

Every Knightly Nails set is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft and quality-check your nails before they ship.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship worldwide. Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe: 7–15 business days. Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
